In orther to deal with an increasing number of pet-animal case load, new diagnostic facilities were built in 2004. They include 2 separate rooms for clinical exam, a radiography, ultrasound and endoscopy suite, magnetic resonance imaging and gamma-scintigraphy.

Our computerised file managment system is established on a netword with an interface to the DICOM-server and extensions in every location of the hospital. It ensures a fast access to patien records and to the digitalised patient images of the digital radiology, endoscopy, ultrasound, magnetic resonance and scintigraphy. It provides a quick overview of all hospitalised animals and allows accurate and fast communication between referring veterinary surgeon and clients.

Most surgical cases return home the same day, so that owner and pet do not have to be parted long. If hospitalisation or intensive care is necessary there are 5 kennels available where patients can be monitored.
