* Payment is to be made in full at the time of the consultation or on discharge of hospitalised patients unless otherwise agreed, in cash or via debit/credit card. A 2% discount on all immediate payments applies.

* An additional €30.00 charge applies for payments made via international cheque.

* Payment by direct money transfer can be made via the following account numbers :

* The client is required to provide a deposit or full credit card details on presentation of a patient for consultation and/or further diagnostics/treatment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. The size of the deposit is determined solely by the treating veterinarian and can be up to 100% of the estimated costs. In non-compliance with the required payment or request for credit card details, Dierenkliniek De Bosdreef Ltd, Vetco-MRI Ltd and/or the treating veterinarian reserve the right to deny diagnostic work up or treatment, to withhold results of completed tests or to prevent in-patient discharge.

* A fully completed written request form is required prior to all equine pre-purchase examinations. The requesting party is fully responsible for the payment of all costs, regardless of the outcome of the vetting procedure and regardless of any pre-arranged agreements between the vendor and the purchaser. Furthermore it is strongly preferred that the requesting party is present at the time of the examination.

* An arrangement for multiple partial payments can be made by written agreement. The final amount can be divided into a maximum of 4 smaller payments. A €4.00 administrative charge per payment along with a 1% interest rate per month on the withstanding balance will apply. The proposed payments are to be made in full in compliance with the pre-arranged agreement. Any non-compliance will result in immediate referral of the dossier to our solicitor for further processing.

* The client is fully liable for all administrative and/or court charges along with interest and damages occurring due to delayed or non-payment of moneys due. Click here for more information regarding terms of payment (only dutch / french versions available).
